Exam Invigilator (Required for January 2026 mock exams (training in November 2025) Casual/Seasonal Join our team to help maintain a fair and secure exam environment for students. Youll supervise exams, ensure compliance with JCQ and CAIE rules, and support candidates throughout the exam process. Full training provided. Key tasks include: Setting up exam rooms and distributing papers Supervising candidates during exams Handling exam materials securely Reporting any irregularities Were looking for someone who is: Reliable and detail-focused Calm under pressure Able to follow strict procedures St Edmunds College offers modern facilities in a magnificent country setting in rural Hertfordshire, providing a safe and stimulating environment for young minds. Whilst not in a teaching role, as an exam invigilator you will be working on a regular basis in a school in a role which gives opportunity for contact with children. As such, you will be in regulated activity and an enhanced DBS check (which includes childrens barred list information) will be required in advance of appointment. Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is everyones responsibility. As with all College staff members, you will therefore be responsible for providing a safe environment in which children can learn.
