A luxury boutique who specialise in clean beauty and retail a range of beautiful skincare, haircare and makeup brands are seeking a Skincare Specialist to join their friendly and supportive team. You will guide the customer through their journey including skin analysis and product recommendations. You will also perform manual facials following training in 3 of the companies top treatment brands. Benefits: 30,000 per annum Monthly commission based on turnover achieved One weekend off per month (except in December) Day-off on your birthday 40% discount on products 28 days holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays Company pension scheme after qualifying period Beautiful working environment Extensive and ongoing training on products and facials Responsibilities: Providing customers with a warm welcome Carrying out skin consultations Providing a range of luxury facials Sales and advice of the clean beauty brands and products Taking part in brand events that happen within the store Assist the store manager with stock management and ordering Day to day up-keeping of the store, treatment room and staff areas Ensuring high standards of professionalism, presentation and cleanliness Prepare and send packages related to orders from the online store Requirements: Passion for skin and clean beauty NVQLevel 2 Beauty Therapy Excellent communication skills Well groomed and presented Opening Hours Monday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm and on Sunday from 10am to 6pm TPBN1_UKTJ
