Take the lead on quality, safety, and compliance at a fast-paced, high-performing manufacturing site. Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a long-established FMCG manufacturer who are looking for a Quality & Compliance Manager to drive standards, maintain key certifications, and lead continuous improvement at their Dunstable facility. Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you'll manage a small team and work closely with production, operations, and engineering to ensure our processes meet the highest levels of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility. What You'll Do Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and BRCGS standards. Lead internal/external audits and maintain certification readiness. Oversee health, safety, and environmental performance, including RIDDOR reporting. Drive waste reduction, sustainability, and quality improvement initiatives. Analyse KPIs (defects, safety risk index, waste to landfill) and deliver improvements. Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions. Embed Lean and Six Sigma principles to improve efficiency and accuracy. What We're Looking For: Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, BRCGS, and environmental standards. Proven track record in HSE and quality management. Experience leading audits and maintaining compliance certifications. HACCP Level 3 and excellent communication/leadership skills. TPBN1_UKTJ
