Location: Remote-first (with quarterly in-person team meet-ups) Contract Type: Inside IR35 Day Rate: Up to 440 per day We are currently seeking an experienced Product Manager to join a high-profile Live Services team within a major central government programme. This is a critical role focused on ensuring service continuity and stability during a key transitional period. The successful candidate will be stepping into a well-established environment, taking over from a highly respected incumbent. As such, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate immediate credibility, leadership and the ability to build trust quickly across a complex stakeholder landscape. Key Responsibilities: Lead product ownership activities including backlog management, incident response, and change impact assessments. Ensure continuity of service and uphold high standards during a sensitive handover period. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to maintain service performance and user satisfaction. Essential Experience: Extensive experience working within central government digital environments. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Previous experience working with HMRC and GDS delivery standards is essential.
