Commercial Manager - Tier One Main Contractor - London Based Fawkes and Reece are proud to be working with a Tier One Main Contractor that are well respected, financially secured and successful business. With Expertise working within the construction industry, our client has a network of office across London, home counties and across the UK working across both public and private sector with an impressive order book in excess of 11 Billion. Working across various contracts within new build, D&B, refurbishment and fit out our client has a range of projects within commercial, residential, MOD, healthcare and education ranging from smaller works to projects in excess of 150 Million. As a business, they pride themselves in their strong operational delivery and commercial acumen and due to their success have recorded a 6% growth in profits. With a solid pipeline of work across various sectors they are on track to create lots of opportunities working with a very strong and risk adverse client base. For this role, they are looking for a Commercial Manager to join their London Team. With a well respected leadership team, they are looking for someone with a proven track record and of similar mindset of delivery and strong commercial experience. The project is a healthcare flagship scheme circa 150 million under NEC form of contract. They are looking for someone who will be able to carry out the PCSA and delivery from start to finish and lead a large team autonomously. The Commercial Manager will work well alongside the existing project director to deliver this scheme.
