Take Ownership of Digital Delivery – Associate BIM Information ManagerBakerHicks is hiring an Associate BIM Information Manager to lead our London-based BIM team and drive excellence across complex, multi-disciplinary projects.This is a senior leadership role for a BIM professional with a strong strategic mindset, technical depth, and a passion for team development. You’ll manage a growing team of BIM specialists, oversee project delivery, and play a key role in client engagement and innovation.What You’ll Be DoingLead and manage a team of BIM Information Managers, from Graduate to Principal level.Oversee BIM delivery across major projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans and digital strategies.Manage commercial aspects of BIM involvement including resourcing, budgeting, and invoicing.Act as the key client contact for BIM delivery in London, particularly in fit-out projects.Build and nurture client relationships, contributing to repeat business and strategic growth.Participate in BIM Management Team meetings and national improvement initiatives.Contribute to business planning and help shape the future of BakerHicks’ BIM offering.What We’re Looking ForMembership of a relevant professional body (e.g. RIBA, ICE, IStructE, CIBSE, CIAT).Proven experience delivering BIM on multi-disciplinary projects.Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams across all levels.Expertise in Revit, Solibri, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.Deep understanding of BS and ISO BIM standards and asset information delivery (e.g. COBie).Ability to advise clients on OIR, PIR, EIR, and AIR.Experience in BIM process improvement and change management.Desirable SkillsExperience in multiple sectors and managing multi-disciplinary teams.Strategic vision development and deployment.Knowledge of CAFM systems, smart technologies, IoT, and digital twins.Skills in automation and AI integration.Why BakerHicks?Lead a high-performing BIM team in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.Influence national BIM strategy and contribute to digital transformation.Work on diverse, high-profile projects with leading clients.Access to professional development, leadership training, and career progression.Looking for a role where your expertise drives real impact?BakerHicks has been delivering excellence in engineering, design, and project delivery since 1957.
