You will have an essential role in the production and quality control of our products ensuring they conform to the highest standards and meet the required safety and quality standards. The production and quality checks must be fully documented raising any defects or issues with supervisors and managers.Roles and Responsibilities:First line testing and inspection of incoming products at goods in stage, to ensure that products are fully ready for despatch when required and maintain available stock levelsAssembly and full testing of final productsTroubleshooting issues and executing fault correctionsLiaising with operations/warehouse/technical departments to resolve issuesMaintaining concise test and production recordsQualifications:Although this area of work is open to all with relevant experience candidates with experience of working in a medical device’s environment would be beneficial although not essential as full training will be given.Key Skills & Competencies:• Being systematic and accurate• Self-motivated and willing to be flexible• Excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to work well within a team• Ability to work well under pressure, whilst maintaining a high level of customer focus• Logical thinker• IT literate• Ability to maintain focus whilst undertaking repetitive tasksIn addition, employees may be required to undertake other duties as may reasonably be required of them.
