Situated in stunning locations nationwide including Heythrop Park in the Cotswolds, Studley Castle in Warwickshire, Thoresby Hall in Nottinghamshire and The Runnymede on Thames, each hotel offers its own personal character that makes every Warner Hotels stay unique.The Finance Systems Accountant is responsible for the maintenance of financial systems within Warner, principally the General ledger, FP&A, payment and expenses processing systems. Ensuring the finance systems support financial operations, drive efficiency, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement, ultimately contributing to the organisation's financial health and success.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a strategic vision for the finance systemsEvaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance financial processes and ongoing efficiencyOversee the implementation and delivery of new systemsIdentify and mitigate risks associated with financial systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policiesEnsuring adequate security controls and segregation of duties exists within the various financial systems and user roles within financial applicationsSupport the External statutory audit processFirst point of contact for the finance team for system failuresFocus on the day to day support with the Finance Team as they utilise the system to drive efficiency and finance processes.Knowledge & Skills:Excel (comfortable with utilising formulas to manipulate data add efficiency into processing time and reporting)Knowledge of Financial Accounting system Unit 4 ERPx, and supporting systems i.Buy, Concur an advantage.
