Many brands claim to be disrupting the space, but Seep truly is – so if this all sounds appealing, then read on.About the RoleWe’re looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-obsessed Operations Executive to help us scale smoothly across our digital and retail channels. You’ll be the link between our warehouses, retailers, and internal teams, making sure customers always get the right product, at the right time, in the right way.You’ll report directly into our COO, and work closely with the Seep team (and external partners) to keep things moving seamlessly as we grow in the UK and internationally.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day fulfilment across DTC, Amazon, and retail channelsEnsure sufficient stock levels in AmazonOversee retail orders and ensure strong availability in-store, working with retailers and Seep account teams to improve serviceOwn the day-to-day relationship with Zendbox (our fulfilment partner) and expand measurement of SLAsSupport accurate forecasting and manage reporting on demand, sales, and stock levelsLead packaging reporting and compliance (including FSC and sustainability requirements)Support the exploration and set-up of international expansion marketsIdentify opportunities to reduce logistics costs and/or improve service across channelsMaintain operational systems (inventory, fulfilment, reporting) and ensure data accuracyCollaborate with customer service to resolve escalated issues (e.g., stock, deliveries, returns) and improve the customer experienceDrive continuous improvement across processes, reporting, systems and partner performanceYou’ll be a good fit if youHave at least 2 years experience in operations, fulfilment, or supply chain (ideally in consumer goods)Have worked with both digital (DTC, Amazon) and retail channelsLove detail, process, and getting things right the first timeAre confident with numbers and data, and use them to spot problems and find solutionsCommunicate clearly with partners, retailers, and teammatesAre comfortable rolling up your sleeves in a fast-paced, scrappy environmentAre excited about Seep’s mission and want to build a global plastic-free powerhouseWhat We OfferCompetitive salary (£30-35k) and pensionHybrid working – ideally 1-2 days in London, flexible the rest27 days holiday + your birthday offTwo days to volunteerPotential for flexible hours or 4 days per weekA fast-moving, purpose-led team that genuinely caresThe chance to help scale one of the UK’s boldest sustainability challenger brandsFree cleaning tools!TrainingOur customers come from all walks of life, and so do we.
