Offshore Installation Manager – Offshore Wind (Contract, 2/2 Rotation)We’re hiring an experienced Offshore Installation Manager to support the construction phase of a major offshore wind farm. This contract role operates on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation and plays a critical part in delivering safe, efficient, and compliant offshore installation activities.Key Responsibilities:Lead offshore operations in alignment with QHSE policies and industry best practicesCoordinate daily offshore works, including multiple contractors and vessel activitiesOversee marine operations, including lifting plans and SIMOPS managementEnsure installation procedures, documentation, and reporting standards are upheldMonitor offshore progress, weather conditions, and logistical interfacesSupport performance tracking, cost control, and risk mitigation across offshore scopesEnsure structured handover, certification, and project close-outMust have GWOs and work inside ir35.This is a hands-on leadership role in one of the sector’s most significant offshore wind projects.
