The Role As a Corporate Tax Partner, you will: Lead a substantial and varied portfolio of clients, spanning entrepreneurial businesses, PE-backed companies, and larger corporates. Deliver strategic advice on complex corporate tax matters including transactions, M&A, restructuring, international structuring, shareholder planning, and exit strategies. Build and grow deep client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser to boards, CFOs, and shareholders. Drive business development initiatives to expand the firms presence in the Thames Valley and beyond. Develop, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams, creating a strong pipeline of future leaders. Collaborate closely with fellow Partners to influence both the regional strategy and the national tax agenda.
