Chef de Partie 30,000 + 5K Tronc Suffolk Coast 40 Hours per Week I'm currently looking for a talented and driven Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team on the beautiful Suffolk coast. This is a renowned, high-end bistro-style restaurant known for a focus on fresh seasonal ingredients, exceptional British seafood, and a commitment to quality. Menus change with the seasons, and they work closely with local producers, farmers and fishermen to create food that celebrates the best of the region. As Chef de Partie, you'll be an essential part of the small brigade, helping deliver consistent, high-quality dishes with precision, creativity, and care. Benefits: 30,000 basic salary + 5,000 tronc per year 40-hour contract, with a good work-life balance Opportunity to work with outstanding produce and a supportive, creative team A chance to grow with a respected name in the Suffolk dining scene The Role: Running your own section with confidence and organisation Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard during service Assisting with menu development and daily specials Ensuring high levels of cleanliness and food hygiene are maintained at all times Supporting junior chefs and working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef Managing prep and stock for your section efficiently Experience: Ideally, you'll come from a restaurant background with experience working with fresh, seasonal ingredients in a quality-focused kitchen. I'm also open to chefs from gastro pub backgrounds who are passionate about stepping into a more refined environment.
