As this project moves into delivery, our client is seeking an experienced Senior Planning Manager to lead on the client side, bringing deep construction delivery insight and leadership capability.The RoleAs a Senior Planning Manager, you will:Lead the planning function on a high-profile, complex infrastructure project.Ensure the effective planning, scheduling and monitoring of works from pre-construction through to delivery.Influence programme strategy and manage stakeholder expectations across a multi-disciplinary team.Work on-site in Immingham at least 2-3 days per month, supporting the delivery team and liaising with client and contractor stakeholders.Maintain the highest standards of health & safety, sustainability, quality, and project controls.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and management of the integrated master programme across all phases of the SCAH programmeDevelop fully resource- and cost-loaded schedules using tools such as Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, and MS ProjectOversee earned value management (EVM), performance tracking, and KPI reportingConduct risk-based planning, scenario modelling, and time impact assessments to inform decision-makingCollaborate with delivery, commercial, PMO, and technical leads to ensure alignment across workstreamsEmbed best practice planning and control methodologies across the programmeProduce high-quality reporting outputs tailored to client, government, and executive stakeholdersSupport procurement strategy alignment, constructability planning, and digital reporting initiativesMentor junior planners and foster a culture of excellence in programme managementWhat You'll NeedProven onsite infrastructure construction delivery experienceExpertise in planning tools: Oracle Primavera P6, XER ToolkitStrong stakeholder engagement skills, including senior client interfacingDeep knowledge of infrastructure or property project lifecyclesProfessional membership (APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA or equivalent)If you feel that this is the role for you, then please apply with your latest CV.TPBN1_UKTJ
