Job Title: 360 Grab Operator Location: Purfleet-on-Thames Pay Rate: 15.35 per hour (PAYE) Hours: Monday Friday, 07:45 16:30 Type: Ongoing, Temp to Perm Opportunity Job Description Streamline Recruitment are currently seeking a skilled 360 Grab Operator to join a well-established recycling company in Purfleet-on-Thames . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operator to secure stable, ongoing work with the potential to progress into a permanent position. You will be part of a busy team responsible for keeping the site running smoothly, ensuring recycling processes are carried out safely and efficiently. Alongside grab work, you will also operate a Counterbalance Forklift and run the baler machine , giving you a varied and engaging role. Key Responsibilities: 360 Grab Operation: Load, move, and process a range of recyclable materials. Counterbalance Forklift Driving: Transport pallets, bales, and materials across the site. Baler Operation: Run and monitor the baler machine, ensuring materials are compacted to company standards. Carry out daily equipment checks, reporting any faults or maintenance needs. Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times. Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure site targets and safety standards are met. Requirements: Valid 360 Excavator ticket with Grab attachment experience. In-date Counterbalance Forklift licence. Previous experience in recycling, waste management, or a similar heavy plant environment preferred. Strong health 'safety awareness and ability to follow site procedures. Reliability, good communication skills, and a proactive approach to work. Whats on Offer: Competitive pay of 15.35 per hour (PAYE) . Day shifts only Monday to Friday, 07:45 16:30 (no weekends).
