Every day is an opportunity to learn, improve, and transform lives.What you will doConduct comprehensive assessments of patients physical, functional, and psychosocial needs following orthopaedic surgery or injury.Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to improve activities of daily living, mobility, and independence.Provide interventions to address functional limitations, including upper limb rehabilitation, strength training, and adaptive techniques.Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including physiotherapists, surgeons, and nurses, to deliver coordinated care.Support patients and families with education, advice, and strategies for managing recovery and preventing re-injury.Recommend adaptive equipment, splints, or home modifications to support safe and independent living.Maintain accurate and timely patient records in line with NHS and professional standards.Contribute to service development through audits, quality improvement initiatives, or staff training.RequirementsHCPC registration is essential.A minimum of 2 years of experience within the orthopaedics specialism.Being a car driver is preferable to facilitate easy travel to the varied work locations.Great Yarmouth is not just a wonderful place to enhance your professional journey but also a fantastic place to live.
