They are seeking a commercially astute and values-driven Business Manager to assist with the growth of the team. This is a pivotal role designed to support the strategic expansion of a high-performing unit, which is currently overseen by a senior leader, managing multiple verticals including animal health, dental, ophthalmology, and consumer goods. This opportunity is ideal for a billing consultant who is ready to step into management or an experienced business manager seeking greater ownership. You will be responsible for developing a specialist desk, managing a small team of junior consultants (with scope to grow the team organically over 612 months), and driving revenue through your own networks and expertise. Key Responsibilities Lead and grow a dedicated desk, with full ownership of strategy and delivery. Manage and mentor junior consultants, with flexibility based on your experience. Drive revenue through personal billing and team performance. Build and leverage networks across consumer goods, CPG, and related markets. Collaborate with leadership to shape the units direction and expansion. Based in their Leeds office at least four days per week to support direct people management. International remit: approximately 6065% of business is outside the UK. Fast-paced, collaborative setting with a strong emphasis on quality and integrity.
