The Role As a Heat Pump Project Manager, you will: Manage multiple heat pump installation projects from design through to completion. Liaise closely with engineers, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery. Ensure all installations meet strict compliance, quality assurance, and safety standards . Maintain accurate project documentation and utilise digital systems for reporting and progress tracking. Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. About You Youll bring: Proven project management experience within renewable energy, HVAC, or M&E sectors. Strong technical understanding of heat pump systems (air or ground source preferred). A meticulous approach to compliance, quality, and process control . Excellent IT proficiency (MS Office, CRM, project software). Confident communication skills with both customers and engineers .
