We are looking for a dedicated Process Operative to join our team in Pilgrim's Europe - Moy Park at Dungannon site. In this role, you will be responsible for processing products in your department while ensuring that hygiene, quality, and health 'safety standards are always maintained. A key part of this role is working as part of a team to achieve production KPIs. Week 1 : Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun Week 2 : Wed, Thurs Key Responsibilities Carry out processing duties (e.g., filleting, sealing, trimming, basting, packing, defeathering or evisceration - depending on the area of work). Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards are maintained at all times. Operate machinery safely and efficiently. Produce a high standard of work consistently. Complete packaging, labelling, and boxing duties. Work in line with company policies and health 'safety regulations. Cooperate with managers and colleagues to achieve a safe and productive workplace. Report hazards, defects, or incidents promptly. Health & Safety Responsibilities Take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and others.
