Required to comply with all relevant national and local statutory and mandatory requirements including Health and Safety, GDPR and Safeguarding.Duties & ResponsibilitiesBe the first point of contact for HR QueriesMaintain the Human Resources Information System, meeting the requirements of GDPR.Assisting the managers in arranging any Employee Related meetings, attend and take accurate notes as and when required.Lead on the coordination of probation and performance reviewsImplement continuous improvement to HR policies and procedures.Undertake HR AdministrationTo complete regular reporting to the HR Manager on all People Related ProjectsPerson specificationThis role could be the ideal career opportunity for you if you have previously worked as a HR Administrator and are looking for a new challenge.
