Your Main Duties Will Include:Assisting with patient assessments and providing clinical care under the guidance of our medical team.Conducting immunisations, wound care, and other clinical procedures.Supporting chronic disease management and health promotion initiatives.Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes.About UsWe are a friendly and welcoming GP Practice in the heart of Killingworth, North Tyneside. The practice has a population of little over 5500 registered patients. We have 5 GPs supported by an excellent multi-disciplinary team of a Practice Nurse, HCA and Pharmacist.
