Job Responsibilities: Full ownership of Connex One / Connex AI dialler: campaigns, queues, workflows & rules. Real-time performance optimisation: list penetration, recycle rules, time-to-call strategies. Data-driven reporting: contact rate, SPH, conversion, and abandonment analysis. Compliance leadership: DNC, consent management, and regulatory best practices. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to exceed performance KPIs. Skills / Experience: 3+ years of hands-on dialler experience Connex One or Connex AI is a must . A proven track record in outbound sales or retention campaign optimisation. Strong Excel and data handling skills including file mapping and analysis. Commercially minded, calm under pressure, and a confident communicator.
