This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can develop and showcase Co-Pilot agents within Microsoft Modern Workspace and Co-Pilot Studio. As a customer-facing role, you will not only be building solutions but also presenting and demoing them to clients, ensuring they understand the full value and capabilities of Microsoft's Co-Pilot technology. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and configure Microsoft Co-Pilot agents within Modern Workspace and Co-Pilot Studio. Create and deliver engaging demos and proofs of concept to customers. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and showcase solutions that meet client needs. Stay up to date with the latest developments in Microsoft 365, Co-Pilot, and AI-driven productivity tools. Provide technical guidance and best practices around Co-Pilot adoption and integration. Translate technical solutions into clear business value for end users and decision makers. Skills & Experience MSP experience essential Proven track record of building out Co-Pilot Agents Proven experience with Microsoft 365 Modern Workspace and Co-Pilot Studio. Strong hands-on capability to build and configure Co-Pilot agents. Excellent communication and presentation skills for customer-facing demonstrations. Ability to work independently and deliver solutions in a contract-based environment. Experience working on short-term, outcome-focused engagements. Full driving license (required for potential on-site demos).
