Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Process Operative to join our team at Dungannon site. In this role, you will be responsible for processing products in your department while ensuring that hygiene, quality, and health & safety standards are always maintained. A key part of this role is working as part of a team to achieve production KPIs. Key Information: Competitive pay: 12.34- 12.56 per hour (role dependent) Permanent , stable employment Supportive and safe working environment Training and progression opportunities Various shifts available: Team A: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday - 6:00 am - 6:00 pm Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday - 6:00 am - 6:00 pm Team B: Week 1: Wednesday and Thursday - 6:00 am - 6:00 pm Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday - 6:00 am - 6:00 pm Team C: Monday - Friday - 6:00 pm - 2:15 am Key Responsibilities Carry out processing duties (e.g., filleting, sealing, trimming, basting, packing, defeathering or evisceration - depending on the area of work). Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards are maintained at all times. Operate machinery safely and efficiently. Produce a high standard of work consistently. Perform packaging, labelling, and boxing tasks. Work in line with company policies and health & safety regulations. Cooperate with managers and colleagues to achieve a safe and productive workplace. Report hazards, defects, or incidents promptly. Health & Safety Responsibilities Take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and others. Work in a safe manner and comply with Company Health & Safety Rules. Wear protective clothing and equipment provided. Report incidents or hazards immediately. What We're Looking For Essential: Ability to read and write . Numeracy skills. Good communication skills. English language proficiency . Desirable: Good interpersonal skills. A food hygiene qualification. Awareness of Food Processing industry standards. Knife handling experience. Previous experience in a butchery or food processing environment.
