What We're Looking For 23 years' retail experience within jewellery or high street fashion. Strong leadership skills and the confidence to step up when needed. A customer-first mindset with a passion for creating exceptional shopping experiences. Results-driven with experience in meeting KPIs and sales targets. A proactive problem-solver who adapts quickly and takes initiative. Passion for fashion and styling, with an eye for trends and personalisation. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during peak trading periods.
