This is a fantastic chance to join a collaborative and high-performing HR team, supporting the day-to-day operations of the company's benefits offering across the EMEA region.Key Responsibilities:Provide operational support for the administration and delivery of employee benefits across multiple countries within EMEAAct as a point of contact for benefits-related queries, ensuring timely and accurate resolutionLiaise with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of benefit processesMaintain and update benefits data in relevant systems, ensuring compliance and accuracySupport annual benefits enrolment, audits, and reporting activitiesAssist in the implementation of new benefit programs and process improvementsWhat We're Looking For:Previous experience in a benefits or HR operations role, ideally within a global or regional remitStrong understanding of employee benefits administration and complianceExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsConfident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholdersComfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environmentWhy Apply?This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the operational side of HR and wants to make an impact in a global business.
