Property & Inventory Coordinator - 12 Month FTCWe are looking for aProperty and Inventory Coordinator - 12 Month FTCto conduct apartment move in condition inventories, inspections and move out inventories at our luxury community, Solasta riverside in Glasgow.You'll inspect and take photos of the properties to support your assessment and clearly dictate your findings to enable an inspection report to be created for our residents. With great customer service skills, you'll also liaise with residents, returning deposits and conducting move-outs as required.What do we offer? Prepare property condition reports before residents move in (via an app and tablet)Carry out inspections whilst taking clear photographs within the propertiesBook in and complete periodic mid-term property inspections - ensuring all is being well maintainedComplete all reports and paperwork needed, ensuring all is always compliant and deadlines are metArrange check out appointments, liaising with residents regarding any deductions (where required)Release deposits, raising any work orders neededLiaise with our maintenance teams and third party contractors to arrange and book any required repair neededReport maintenance issues identified to relevant property managerPrepare handover packs and resident guidesOrganise and prepare pre-tenancy 'sparkle' cleansArrange EPC, furniture installation and removalEnsure all administration workload is fully compliant and all required deadlines are metSupport our residents with any questions they may haveSupport our wider teams, covering our Front of House / ReceptionSupport and attend our resident and community eventsWhat are we looking for? Excellent communication skillsHigh organisation skills, with admin and diary management experiencePrevious experience working in a fast paced environmentStrong team playerImpressive attention to detail - with an eye to note all features, issues and any damage within propertiesHigh level of customer service skillsExperience using an Apple/Samsung tablet and/or mobile phoneDesirable ARLA Qualified (level 2 or working towards)Previous experience working within property industry (desirable)urbanbubblerequires people who are professional, hardworking, innovative, and passionate and who are effective in their roles and who truly engage with the customer.
