Were looking for a Senior Partnerships & Community Manager to lead stakeholder engagement, public affairs, and community activity across England. What youll do: Lead engagement strategies for renewable energy projects from planning to operation. Build strong relationships with local communities, MPs, councillors, businesses, and voluntary organisations. Influence regional and national policy to support project consents. Plan and deliver community events, workshops, exhibitions, and consultations. Promoting our community funds and sustainability initiatives. Who you are: Confident, credible, and persuasive with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experienced in stakeholder engagement, community relations, or public affairs. Resilient, strategic, and able to deliver results under pressure. Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel. Pro renewable energy and politically agnostic. Likely to have prior commercial experience within construction infrastructure projects, energy, utilities, healthcare or retail or other industries that directly impact local communities.
