Blue Arrow is recruiting for a warehouse team leader to join a well-established delivery company! Location: Airdrie Salary: 13.39 per hour + 1.42 per hour additional shunting duties Contract Type: Temp to perm Hours: Tuesday to Saturday 6am - 2.30pm Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse operatives to meet daily targets. Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Monitor performance and provide coaching and training where needed. Ensure compliance with health 'safety regulations and company policies. Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes. Maintain accurate records and reports using warehouse management systems. What We're Looking For Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, ideally in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Good understanding of warehouse operations and health 'safety standards. IT literate - comfortable using warehouse systems and Microsoft Office.
