This role offers great progression opportunities and a great culture.About the RoleThe role involves designing plans and drawings for heating systems, matching ideal product ranges, and liaising with IDEAL's clients.ResponsibilitiesTo work within a team in order to satisfy customer requirementsTo capture correct and concise information on the drawing systemTo apply customer services skills to ensure that all customers receive an appropriate supportive serviceTo ensure that the designs produced are compliant with internal standards and legislative requirementsTo effectively manage revisions to designs as requiredTo provide technical design information to internal and external customersTo take ownership of design requests from inception to completion QualificationsA relevant recognised qualification to degree level or equivalent would be a distinct advantage.Required SkillsWell-practised customer service skillsWell proven communication skillsKnowledge of central heating design and design principlesTime managementExperience of using computer-based drawing systemsAble to interpret and enter data correctly and accuratelyExperienced team playerAble to work on own initiativeNumerate and literateAble to work consistently to timescales Preferred SkillsExperience of using RevitBenefits25 days holiday plus bank holiday.Enhanced Pension37 hour week Mon - FridayParking on site.
