Mon to Fri, regular office hoursHome based role with only irregular travel to company officesStrong salary plus private healthcareHere at ISS, as a leading Facilities Management (FM) provider, we are looking to recruit a qualified and established Measurement and Verification (M&V) professional, with either the M&V certificate, or the newer Performance Measurement and Verification Analyst (PMVATM).Here, you will join one our largest and most exciting of Accounts with a truly flagship UK Government customer. With this client we will provide full FM services ranging from engineering maintenance, cleaning and security etc.This is a stable, long term account with a great team around you.We will also provide Sustainability support, including Energy and Decarbonisation Management with our field based Energy Management team. This team will provide the hands on, front line work on Energy and feed this data back to you in the M&V Analytical functionIn this role you will provide technical insight and ensure delivery of energy, water, and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) savings for energy savings performance contracts (ESPC) and Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs).Dependant on your experience there may be line management as part of this role Actions will include:Develop and own optimisation / energy performance processes Provide training on new and existing M&V techniques Provide analytical support for M&V contracts Create M&V plans Manage energy exception process to maximise savings Work with delivery teams to advise on M&V strategy Present analysis output to stakeholders To measure and calculate the effective management of energy identified from projects and targets. To record, baseline and measure energy at a portfolio and site level within data centre, retail sites and complex building structures Carry out all energy related tasks to ensure service provision and compliance with relevant Maintain a thorough understanding of the measurement and verification techniques. Support the development of new M&V techniques Develop and implement energy saving conservation measures (ECM’s) reports Develop and implement strategic briefs for design guides /standards to meet the customer objectives and brief customer departments accordingly. The ability to provide monitoring and verification through the full cycle of the project to achieve cost and energy efficient solutions. Maintain a current level of utility market intelligence Understand building and data centre (PUE and Data Centre infrastructure efficiency) measurements and measures that can be taken to optimise metricWe need from you:International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol/ Certified Measurement & Verification ProfessionalSome clear experience in a similar role
