Passive Fire Estimator Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 (dependent on experience) Hours: 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday Location: Gillingham (office-based) Contract: Permanent Holiday: 25 days Role Overview We're seeking an experienced estimator to specialise in passive fire protection. You'll provide accurate cost estimates and tenders for projects that save lives and ensure fire safety compliance. Key Responsibilities Estimate costs for fire doors, dampers, fire stopping, and smoke control systems Interpret site reports, drawings, and client requirements Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for competitive pricing Support tender submissions and project handovers Keep up to date with fire protection regulations and best practices Who We're Looking For Proven passive fire protection estimating experience Knowledge of remedial works and fire safety compliance Strong organisational and communication skills Proactive, solution-focused mindset Estimating experience in construction, M&E, or related fields is also welcome Why Work With Us We are a forward-thinking fire and security solutions provider committed to safety, sustainability, and innovation.
