Whether you’re looking for a 4-day week or a full-time position with a healthier work-life balance, this firm puts people first - and performance ahead of presenteeism.To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in employment lawConfident handling both contentious and non-contentious mattersExperience advising both individuals and business clientsCommercial mindset with the ability to work independentlyExcellent communication skills and client careWithin this position, you’ll also be:Advising on employment matters including contracts, grievances, disciplinaries, redundancies and settlement agreementsRepresenting clients in Employment Tribunal and County Court claimsProviding commercially focused HR and employment law advice to businessesDrafting and negotiating a wide range of employment-related documentsBuilding strong relationships with new and existing clientsManaging your own caseload with full support from the wider teamWhat’s in it for you?Fully remote working from anywhere in the UKFlexibility to choose a 4 or 5 day weekJust 25 billable hours per week (5 per day)Salary £55,000 FTE + performance-based bonus after 2 yearsFull administrative, PA and paralegal supportAutonomy in how you manage your workHigh-quality employment law work across a diverse range of clients
