Locum Private Client Solicitor - Trusts & Complex Estates3 Months Contract (Full or Part time)Remote/Home Based We are looking to recruit a Locum Private Client Solicitor with a background in Trusts & complex Estates on a 3 month contract to join our Private Client Practice. Job Responsibilities: Delivering a mixed case load of advisory work for Private client team - focussed on Trusts & complex EstatesEnsure clients receive accurate, up-to-date legal advice that takes account of their circumstances and represents "value for money”.Drafting declarations of trust for jointly owned propertyGuiding clients through the process of obtaining Grants of RepresentationOverseeing the full administration of estates, including drafting deeds of variationAbout you: Robust background in Private Client arena especially Trusts & Complex EstatesIdeally experience working in Agricultural/Farming sectorExceptional technical proficiency and drafting skills.Strong commercial acumen with a keen eye for detail.Able to plan workloads and resources effectivelyExcellent client care and client support skills
