The role involves working closely with internal teams and suppliers to deliver production on time, monitor KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Develop daily and weekly production schedules to meet deadlinesCoordinate materials, labour, and equipment for optimal productionLiaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and materialsSchedule NPD runs and product sampling within weekly plansPrepare performance reports and monitor KPIsCandidate Requirements:Proven experience in production planning or manufacturing operationsStrong Excel and reporting skills; willingness to learn new IT systemsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within teamsExperience managing KPIs and improving operational efficiency
