About BabymomsiBabymomsi is an AI-powered doula for new and expecting mums, supporting maternal mental health from pregnancy through the first year postpartum. Our app helps mothers feel seen, heard, and supported with features like pregnancy tracking, mood & wellness insights, community connection, and an AI companion for emotional support.We are on a mission to reduce postpartum depression, improve maternal wellbeing, and change the way families experience early parenthood.The RoleWe’re looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team. You’ll be the bridge between mums’ real needs, clinical research, and Babymomsi’s product development. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, loves solving problems with empathy, and can turn insights into delightful, scalable product experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, definition, prioritisation, execution, and iteration.Translate Babymomsi’s vision into clear roadmaps, product specs, and feature requirements.Work closely with design, engineering, and data science to deliver features that are empathetic, user-friendly, and evidence-based.Collaborate with clinical advisors to align product decisions with maternal mental health standards (EPDS, WEMWBS, etc.).Drive continuous improvement using user research, analytics, and feedback loops from mums, partners, and caregivers.Balance user needs and business goals (retention, growth, revenue).Contribute to a strong product culture at Babymomsi: empathy-driven, data-informed, impact-focused.Requirements3–5 years of experience in product management (healthtech, femtech, or consumer apps preferred).Strong track record of shaping and shipping mobile products.Excellent UX and user research instincts; able to advocate for mums’ voices.Comfortable working with early-stage ambiguity, wearing multiple hats, and iterating quickly.Familiar with data analytics and product metrics.Bonus: experience with maternal health, digital health, or AI/ML products.What We’re Looking ForA product thinker who believes technology can improve maternal mental health.Someone equally comfortable writing detailed PRDs and hopping on calls with mums for feedback.Empathetic, mission-driven, and collaborative.Excited by the opportunity to shape a category-defining product at the earliest stages.What We OfferThe chance to make a real social impact in maternal and family health.Work with a small, passionate, mission-led founding team.Flexible, remote-first culture (UK time zone alignment preferred).Competitive salary + potential equity.Opportunity to grow into a senior leadership role as we scale.
