The role also involves assisting with wider HR activities across the Group, with a strong focus on employee relations, compliance, and day-to-day HR delivery. Top Things to Know About This Job:Operational HR role within a highly successful & reputable manufacturing employerFantastic exposure to a wide range of HR activitiesSupportive company culture and a well-structured, collaborative HR team The Role:HR Point of Contact: Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing advice to both managers and employees.Employee Relations: Manage disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability, and performance management cases, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies.Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job adverts and interviews to offers and inductions.Provide HR support during TUPE transfers, restructures, and consultation processes.HR Data & Reporting: Monitor absence and turnover, analyse HR data, and provide recommendations to management.Policy Application: Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and in compliance with employment law.Support internal/external audits, ensuring compliance with HR practices and documentation.Employee Records: Maintain accurate employee records, in line with GDPR and audit requirements.Relationship Building: Build strong, trusted relationships with managers, supervisors, and employees across sites.Group-Wide Initiatives: Support on training, employee engagement, and other HR projects across the group.
