Alongside a competitive base salary, youll have the opportunity to earn an additional 8K12K per annum through the bonus scheme. Key Responsibilities Handle sales and purchases from instruction through to completion, liaising with all parties including mortgage brokers, estate agents, solicitors, and clients. Build strong relationships with clients and third parties, ensuring proactive communication and regular updates. Deliver exceptional service to clients, introducers, and stakeholders. Identify potential risks and resolve issues to protect both clients and the business. Maintain files in good order, ensuring compliance with SLAs, regulatory, and statutory requirements. Prepare and issue contract papers on related sales. Manage and respond to sale enquiries. Review and analyse search results. Organise workload to meet KPIs, particularly targeting exchanges and completions at the start of each month. Liaise with mortgage lenders regarding the release of funds. Oversee exchange of contracts and legal completion. What Youll Need Minimum of 2 years conveyancing experience managing your own caseload. Strong passion for delivering excellent client service.
