Automotive Carbon Composite Prepper/Polisher 18 LTD p/h 6 Month Contract (up to 50 hrs/week) We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading name in the automotive and motorsport sector, for an experienced Carbon Composite Prepper to join their team on an initial 6-month contract . Location: Witham Pay Rate: 18 per hour LTD Contract Length: 6 months (potential for extension/rolling contract) Hours: Up to 50 per week available The Role: Preparing carbon composite components for high-quality paint application. Sanding, filling, masking, and surface preparation to exacting standards. Ensuring all parts are ready for spraying with a flawless finish. Working to tight deadlines while maintaining quality control. Supporting paint sprayers and the wider composites finishing team as required. Requirements: Previous experience as a Prepper, ideally in automotive, motorsport, or aerospace composites . Strong attention to detail and finishing standards. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage workloads. Flexibility to work overtime when required (up to 50 hours per week available). TPBN1_UKTJ
