Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive Wills, Probate & Estates Location: Essex/Grays/East London Salary: Up to 75,000 + bonus (DOE) Contract: Permanent, Full-time A respected regional law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing team. With offices in Essex/East London, this is an opportunity to work on a strong mix of Wills, Probate, LPAs, and estate administration for long-established local and regional clients. The firm is open to applications from qualified Solicitors and Legal Executives with at least 2 years PQE, as well as newly qualified candidates seeking their first role in Private Client law. The Role Manage a caseload of Wills, LPAs, Probate, and estate administration. Handle taxable and non-taxable estates, including intestate estates. Deliver clear, sensitive advice to clients and maintain strong relationships. Draft legal documents accurately and efficiently. Work closely with partners and senior colleagues within a supportive team. Requirements Solicitor or Legal Executive (2+ years PQE preferred; NQ considered). Strong grounding in Wills, Probate, and LPAs. Excellent communication and client care skills. Team-focused approach with strong attention to detail. Benefits Salary up to 75,000.
