OverviewMorris of Rutherglen - Cellar Door Ambassador at Casella Family Brands. We are seeking casual Cellar Door Ambassadors for our new state-of-the-art Morris Cellar Door in Rutherglen, Victoria. This role offers wine and whisky experiences in a picturesque region. By creating an atmosphere that blends tradition with a modern wine and whisky experience, we provide a unique getaway for travel and wine/whisky enthusiasts alike.ResponsibilitiesProvide wine tastings, Cellar Door sales, and showcase cocktails and mixed drinks using Morris products.Daily setup, operations and maintenance of the bar.Develop new styles of mixed drinks and cocktails.Assist in wine/whisky tasting experiences and sales.Manage stock and orders with the Cellar Door team; accurately record tasting stock.Adhere to all WHS procedures and practices; conduct work safely, efficiently and diligently at all times.Availability to work Thursday-Sunday and occasional evenings.Skills & QualificationsDemonstrated experience in a hospitality environment.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Effective time management and problem-solving skills.Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).Current Food Handler Certificate.Sales and customer service experience.Mixology experience (desirable).Cellar Door experience (desirable).All selected applicants will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical which includes a drug and alcohol test.Employment detailsSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: TemporaryJob function: OtherIndustries: Beverage Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
