Due to continued business expansion, they are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join their dynamic team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile projects, including football stadiums, major event arenas, railway stations, and MOD/defence buildings.Key Responsibilities:Conducting complex structural calculations and analyses Developing detailed structural engineering designs to ensure the safety and resilience of structures under such conditions.Utilising computer-aided design (CAD) software to create and modify structural plans.Collaborating with multidisciplinary teamsEnsuring all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications.Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to their professional development.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.Chartered Engineer status (MICE or MISTructE) is desirable.Proficiency in structural analysis and designStrong knowledge of relevant design codes and standards.Experience with CAD and structural analysis software.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.On Offer:Salary up to 65,000 per annum.Generous performance-based bonus scheme.Generous pension contribution.25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.Private healthcare.Life insurance.Payment for professional subscriptions/memberships.Training towards chartered professional review/membership Employee assistance programme.Flexible working hours and opportunity to work from home.Free onsite parking.Flexible benefits packages including: Cycle to work scheme, Electric vehicle lease scheme.Application Process:If you are a Senior Structural Engineer and you are looking to advance your career in a supportive and innovative environment, we would love to hear from you.
