This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing company that specialises in the production of high-quality fibre optic products. The successful candidate will be working with a range of specialised cable products, including: Bespoke fibre optic cables High voltage links containing optical fibres Pre-terminated cable assemblies This is a hands-on, process-driven role requiring previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Benefits for Production Operative: 12.21 per hour, paid weekly Weekly pay Employee benefits package Monthly voucher incentives Pension contribution Free on-site parking Wellness and health package Healthcare support 08:00am 17:00pm, Monday to Friday (no weekend or shift work) Long-term opportunity with potential for permanent placement Friendly and supportive working environment Immediate start available Duties for Production Operative: Manufacture and assemble fibre optic cable products to specification Operate production machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently Prepare, strip, and terminate fibre cables and components Perform quality checks on in-process and finished products Handle delicate materials with care and accuracy Complete production paperwork and follow work instructions Maintain a clean and organised work area Adhere to all health & safety and company procedures Requirements for Production Operative: Previous experience working in a production, assembly, or manufacturing role is essential Experience working with cable assemblies or similar products is highly desirable Good attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to follow technical instructions and procedures Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Strong communication and teamwork skills Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks If you are interested in this role, please click apply today!
