Title: Electrical Planner Type: 9-month contract Location: Warton Mon - Thu onsite, Friday WFH Rates: PAYE 26.07/hr + holiday pay | Umbrella 34.99/hr Morson is currently recruiting an Electrical Planner on behalf of BAE Systems for their Warton site. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge aerospace projects in a dynamic, collaborative environment. What You'll Do: Manufacture and install looms in an aircraft setting. Perform wire testing, including continuity checks. Work with PLM toolsets, preferably Team Centre 14 (Unified). Manipulate CAD data using NX or Catia. Interpret wiring diagrams and manage wire data systems. Solve complex problems, balancing business and customer requirements efficiently. Adhere to schedules and optimize business outputs. Work collaboratively with internal teams and build strong liaisons with external stakeholders. Synthesize project information for clear reporting and decision-making. What We're Looking For: Experience in loom manufacture, installation, and wire testing (continuity). Familiarity with PLM tools (Team Centre 14 preferred). CAD experience (NX / Catia). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex projects. Excellent team working and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, aligned with site hours (06:30 19:00 Mon-Thurs, 06:30 12:30 Fri). 37 hours per week (lunch break 12:3013:00, unpaid).
