Deputy Manager or Team Leader 6 Bed PWS Supported Living Service 26,500.00 Merstham, Redhill Overview Full-time role (37.5 hours per week) worked fully flexible across the 7-day week, according to the needs of the service. Shift times are typically earlies (7am-2pm), lates (2pm-9pm) and sleep ins (9pm-11pm + sleep in till 7am) however, hours can vary so flexibility required. If a Sleep in is required, then sleep ins are paid at an additonal flat rate of 40.00 per sleep in. Driver with a full UK license Supported Living service with 6 PWS, some PWS with mobility needs, so hoisting required (to be happy to do this). FTE 26,500 per annum Candidate Specification Deputy manager experience not essential, but experience leading a team, and in the LD field required. Ideal candidate is someone who can motivate a positive team culture and support the service.
