Job Title: Recruitment Administrator Client: Tilbury Douglas Location: Clevedon Office - Building 1, Barns Ground, Clevedon BS21 6UA Contract: 3-month contract (potential extension up until March 2026) Pay Rate: 13.85 per hour Full-Time: 3 days in the office (occasional trips to Birmingham may be required) SRG Contact / Send CVs to: Michelle Sourcing Deadline: 48 hours Role Overview: Tilbury Douglas is seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be confident working in a fast-paced environment, capable of switching between tasks, and maintaining attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the recruitment team. Manage and maintain recruitment records, spreadsheets, and documents. Coordinate meetings, communications, and interview schedules. Assist in the onboarding process where required. Support the team using Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook. Requirements: Strong administration skills; previous recruitment administration experience is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook. Highly organised with excellent multitasking abilities. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
