Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor - Large Campus Portfolio Based in Swindon 45,000 - 48,000 M on-Fri, 8am-5pm We're seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of 4 multi-skilled engineers across a large, complex campus of over 500 buildings. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong and organised individual to step into a leadership role with a well-established FM provider. The Role: Oversee day-to-day operations of a team of 4 engineers Manage and delegate PPMs and reactive maintenance tasks Ensure compliance, safety, and quality standards across the estate Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure service delivery Maintain accurate records, reports, and schedules (80% admin / 20% hands-on) Requirements: Mechanical or Electrical qualifications accepted (NVQ, City & Guilds, etc.) Proven experience in supervising maintenance teams Strong technical knowledge across building services Comfortable with CAFM systems and compliance documentation Able to work independently and manage priorities across a large site What You'll Get: Competitive salary: 45,000 - 48,000 Monday to Friday working hours - no shifts Opportunity to work on a prestigious, high-profile estate Career progression within a growing FM business Free Parking HV AP Training TPBN1_UKTJ
