As we continue to grow, we are seeking dedicated self-employed multi-drop delivery drivers to join our expanding team. Competitive Pay: Earn from 175/190 per day + VAT (if registered), with opportunities to increase. Temporary incentive: 7 per route (over 4.5 h) on weeks 40 to 44, paid on top of the route rate. Seasonal Bonus: Extra 10 (for routes up to 4.5 h) / 21 (for routes over 4.5 h) on top of your route rate from weeks 45 to 52. Performance Incentives: Opportunity to earn more with incentives paid based on performance achievements. Fuel Contribution: Paid per calculated travelled mile, on top of route rate Weekly Payments: Consistent, reliable payments every week. Support & Training: Full training provided, with pre-sequenced parcels to simplify your route. Flexible Van Options: Rental with insurance, maintenance, and tyres included. Follow pre-sequenced parcel routes for maximum efficiency. Provide excellent customer service on every delivery. Maintain Fast UK Parcels high standards of professionalism. Candidate Requirements: Full UK/EU driving licence , held for at least 12 months. No more than 6 penalty points . Manual licence preferred ( please note that we are unable to accept automatic licences for van rentals ); an automatic licence is accepted for drivers with their own van. Previous multi-drop or courier experience is desirable but not essential. Strong time-management and organisational skills . Positive attitude and commitment to excellent service . The ideal candidate will be available for an immediate start .
