Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard Support senior chefs in daily operations Supervise and train junior team members Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health standards Manage stock rotation and minimise waste Keep kitchen areas clean and organised About You Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef Knowledgeable in professional cookery, fine dining and 5-star service.
