Construction Project Manager Retail Fit-Out (Tesco, Sainsburys, M&S) Salary: 45,000 - 55,000 per year Location: Reading, Office-Based /WFH with some travel to sites Type: Permanent We are recruiting a Construction Project Manager for a leading retail fit-out contractor delivering high-profile refurbishment and rollout projects across Tesco, Sainsburys, M&S, and other major retailers. This role is primarily office-based , focusing on project oversight, coordination, and commercial delivery , with minimal site visits required. Key Responsibilities: Oversee retail fit-out projects from initial brief through to completion Plan, coordinate, and manage day-to-day project operations Act as the clients representative, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards Coordinate subcontractors and multi-trade teams including HVAC, building works, and groundworks Monitor project programmes, budgets, contracts, and reporting Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to maintain strong communication Requirements: Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager on retail fit-out projects (Tesco, Sainsburys, M&S preferred) Strong knowledge of HVAC, building works, and groundworks Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills Experience managing budgets, programmes, and contracts Office-based mindset, with ability to occasionally visit sites if needed Relevant construction qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS) desirable Package & Benefits: 45,000 - 55,000 per annum Long-term, stable role with career progression Flexible office-based working with occasional site engagement Opportunity to work with high-profile retail clients across the UK Please contact the Recruitment Team for a more detailed conversation regarding this opportunity. via Email or Mobile: 07487 897 008 TPBN1_UKTJ
