The Role: Were looking for a Production Test Operative to join a busy team. In this role, youll be responsible for testing and inspecting products to ensure they meet the latest specifications, keeping everything safe, efficient and up to high standards. What Youll Do: Test and inspect products following our quality system. Maintain and safely use production test equipment. Work closely with the Operations team to meet customer delivery schedules. Suggest improvements to processes, techniques, and product design. Keep your work area clean, safe, and well-organised. Follow health and safety procedures, risk assessments, and safe working practices. Communicate effectively with colleagues and management. What Were Looking For: Previous experience in electronic testing is a bonus. Good organisational skills and attention to detail. Problem-solving ability. Basic computer skills are desirable.
